Craig Mento, President and Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Mento holds the responsibility for aligning business strategy execution with fiscal responsibility. Mento has more than 25 years of managerial experience in the technology and telephony industry and has held senior positions at Vocalocity, Telera, TeleTech, Sperry, Bell Labs and Unisys.

As Sr. Vice President of Sales, Mento was the energizing force behind Telera's channel and sales efforts, focusing on service provider customers. Prior to that, he was responsible for directing the European subsidiary of TeleTech as President and General Manager. For over twenty years he spearheaded major programs at Sperry and Bell Labs. He holds two patents for database design while with Sperry and Bell Labs. He completed his career at Unisys as General Manager of their Communications Systems Division. Mento graduated from The Citadel with a B.S. in Mathematics with post-graduate work at Wharton.

Robert Hornbuckle, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Hornbuckle leads a staff of technologists across four centers to ensure the seamless operation of systems for NexxLinx. Proficient in the workings of numerous platforms and programs, Mr. Hornbuckle was Vice President of Technology for Gibralter Publishing, Inc. and Gibralter Data Services, Inc. He was a former Director of MIS Operations for Cheyenne Software, Inc., and Senior Consultant in Electronic Commerce Practice for KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP, where he designed and implemented international e-commerce networks for KPMG clients. Mr. Hornbuckle graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University in New York.

William I. Coffeen III, Senior Vice President of Sales

Mr. Coffeen is a strategically focused sales executive whose integrated Client Partnership approach to Business Development has provided the basis for significant achievements in executive sales where he consistently led management teams on the National and Regional levels. Mr. Coffeen brings over 25 years experience in Technology and CRM. His career includes positions in Sales, Sales Management and General Management with Sperry, Unisys, Wang Laboratories and TeleTech Holdings. Mr. Coffeen was responsible for developing several key strategic sales initiatives, which played a major role in enabling Wang Laboratories to emerge from chapter 11 and become a recognized Global Services provider. He successfully teamed with Mr. Craig Mento at TeleTech Holdings, where they initiated and implemented several key Fortune 50 relationships within the Telecommunications Industry. These partnerships were instrumental in Teletech’s successful IPO. In addition, Mr. Coffeen holds both a B.S. and MBA degrees.

Kim Williams, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Kim Williams is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities for NexxLinx, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and key partner and client relationships. Kim is experienced in all facets of call center operations, from implementation of inbound and outbound contact center projects to daily operations of sales and customer support centers. Prior to joining NexxLinx, Kim was the VP and General Manager of L-3 Microdyne’s outsourced call center and logistics services. Ms. Williams also worked as a business consultant, where she successfully led the development and implementation of a global procurement information data warehouse. She has held positions as Sales Executive for Kreative Technical Solutions, as VP of Manufacturing Operations for Intelligent Controls Corporation, and as Worldwide Marketing Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation. Kim has a BA degree from Colby College and an MBA from the University of Maine.

Doug Morgan, CMO

Doug is an innovative, hands-on business leader specializing in moving people - clients, prospects, partners and employees - to action.

He started his career in field sales and sales management, had product marketing responsibility for a $1B per year product portfolio, and was VP of marketing and business development for the Unisys Communications division. After two successful start-ups (both IPOs), he formed Assured Outcomes, a consultancy helping companies launch new products and services, create lead generation programs, enable sales teams and prepare for liquidity events.

Doug received Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University, and advanced management training at Wharton and American College.

Jeff Buckman, Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Buckman leads the Operations, HR , Client Services and IT Infrastructure staffs of NexxLinx centers, responsible for overall administration and business operations. Mr Buckman has a demonstrated track record of increasing productivity and revenues by leading the planning, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that address real business needs. At PRC Corporation, Mr Buckman orchestrated the turnaround of a 500 seat contact center in Texas, transforming the center into a nationwide leader in Key Performance Metrics. His career spans positions such as Systems Information Manager, Executive Consultant, Chief Information Officer, and Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Buckman met Mr. Mento and Mr. Coffeen during his work with Teletech Holdings as Vice President of Applications Development and later, Management Information Systems.

Christie Skerski, Vice President of Human Resource

Christie Skerski is responsible for Human Resources serving North Carolina, New York and Texas since 2006. Ms. Skerski is currently responsible for managing the overall human resource functions that include recruitment and retention, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, and all labor law compliance issues for more than 500 employees. Prior to her currently role as the Corporate HR Director, she was Senior Staff Manager where she designed, developed and implemented methods and procedures as needed by department, fulfilled project management duties as required including project lead and team member role on all M&P initiatives. Additionally, Ms. Skerski derived her experience s trength from her position as Director of Training & Development where she was responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all Training and Quality Assurance functions. Previously, she was the Director of Online Customer Support for e-commerce support centers, Inc. Ms. Skerski studied at Mercyhurst College and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
